01 Introduction and Consent

Each user may create only one account. Multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) by the same person are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

At the time of registration you must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details. 4c44 may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process at any time and may request necessary documents.

3.3 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. Report any unauthorized access to 4c44 immediately. The account holder is solely responsible for all activity on the account.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at 4c44: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).

  • You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

4c44 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own terms and validity period, which will be stated in the offer description.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; specific wagering requirements must be met.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
  • If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
  • 4c44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The 4c44 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers various benefits including weekly cashback. Eligibility for advancement to a higher VIP tier is determined through regular gaming activity. Separate detailed terms apply to the VIP program.

06 Gameplay and Fair Play

All games on the 4c44 platform are conducted in a clean, fair, and transparent manner. We operate the platform with the highest security standards, ensuring SSL encryption and fair play.

  • If any game remains incomplete due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
  • If an error in a game's algorithm is proven to have affected the outcome, 4c44 reserves the right to void the relevant round.
